Who this course is for

You’re the quality manager or accountable manager of an ATO or a UASOC holder — the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operator Certificate — and the next audit is your problem.

No prior qualification is needed — the course builds the system from its documents up.

Syllabus

What you’ll learn

Theory

A minimum of 15 hours of theory across five areas:

  • Quality Policy
  • Document & Record Control
  • Internal Audit Planning & Technique
  • Non-Conformance Handling
  • Corrective Action

The measure of each: corrective action that closes findings instead of deferring them.

Format

How training runs

Theory runs in class at Waterfall City, online, or through the e-learning portal. The certificate is issued on passing the internal examination at 75%.

What you leave with

A QMS certificate — that help you create or manage a quality system that keeps your ATO or RPAS operation audit-ready.
